Prompt King is operated by FINNDIGITAL LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms.
Crowns (credits)
Crowns are a prepaid balance used to run prompts. Crowns are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. A run that errors or is blocked before completion is not charged.
Selling prompts
Sellers retain ownership of the prompts they publish. Publishing a prompt grants us and our buyers a limited license to execute it as part of the service — it does not transfer ownership. Prompt text is stored encrypted and is never shown to buyers or staff in the ordinary course of operating the service. Sellers are paid a revenue share of 85% of each paid run’s price; we retain 15%.
Payments
All card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or other payment card data on our servers.
Acceptable use
Accounts and products that violate applicable law, infringe others’ rights, or abuse the platform may be suspended or taken down without notice.
